Casserole Taco

The Mexican Style Taco Casserole is a simple, freeze-safe dinner that can be cooked first and then reheated. Prepare time-saving frozen meals now, guaranteed delicious results.

* Ingredients:

° 6-inch soft tortilla,
° minced beef, turkey or even minced chicken,
° the season of your choice (taco seasoning or salt and chili),
° tomato,
° red onion,
° green onions,
° coriander
° heavy cream,
° light colby jack cheddar and monterey jack cheese,
° butter,
° Cajun season (regarding cheese sauce) and sour cream on top

* Methods  :

Fry the meat and filter the fat, and season the meat to taste.To making cheese sauce, bring cream / butter to a simmer, & slowly adding cheese until it thickAdd cajun seasoning to Red onion, green peppers, tomatoes and cilantro, and season to taste. Layer in aluminum tortillas, beef, cheese, pico, and last for 3 4 layers on top with last piece of beef pico cheese and bake in oven for 20 minutes on 400 times. Once cooked, let cool with sour cream and diced green onions.
