Homemade Chocolate Chip Cookies


°1 ¼ cup all-purpose flour
°1 C. baking soda
°½ tsp. salt
°½ c Becel Original margarine
°½ c brown sugar
°¼ c sugar
°1 egg
°1 C vanilla
°½ c dark or semi-sweet chocolate chip
°¼ tsp fleur de sel


Preheat oven to 375°F & placing rack in middle.
In a bowl, combine the flour, baking soda and salt, then set aside.
In a large bowl, combine Becel® Original margarine, brown sugar and sugar until smooth. Add the egg and vanilla extract, then stir well.
Adding flour mix, stir to obtain homogeneous paste, & incorporate chocolate chips.
Shape the dough into balls of about 1 tbsp. tsp also organize them on an un-greased baking sheet, spacing them for 5 cm (2 in.).
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes depending on the desired level of tenderness.
Remove from the oven, then sprinkle with fleur de sel. Leave to rest for a few minutes before eating.
