°1 1/4 cup white sugar
°Half a cup of evaporated milk
°1 tablespoon unsalted butter
°1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
°1 cup chopped pecans
°1 teaspoon vanilla
°16 large marshmallows


In a saucepan over medium heat, add butter, evaporated milk and sugar
Whisk often, bringing the mixture to a boil
Boilling for 5 min, to ensure sugar is dissolved
Remove the pan from the heat and add the marshmallows and chocolate chips, stirring to melt everything.
Slowly add the vanilla and chopped pecans
Butter baking tray 9 x 9
Pour hot mix to prepared pan
Put it in the fridge until the fudge is firm.
Cut into pieces
