*The components:

°4 simply raised chicken thighs (bone-in, skin-in)
°2 cups pineapple cut into 14 pieces
°1 yellow onion, cut into 14 pieces
°3 tablespoons honey
°2 tablespoons soy sauce
°1/2 cup dark brown sugar
°1 tablespoon grated ginger
°2 cloves minced garlic
°2 teaspoons sesame seeds (optional)
°1 tablespoon of cornstarch
°1 red pepper cut into 14 pieces
°Parsley for garnish


Using a cast aluminum skillet or slow cooker attachment, brown your Foster Farms chicken thighs on both sides for 3-5 minutes over high heat and then remove from the slow cooker.  Adding pineapple & onion to bottom of slow cooker. Mix honey, soy sauce, brown sugar, grated ginger, & garlic in slow cooker. Add Foster Farms Simply Raised Chicken Drums to your slow cooker. Simmer on low heat for 5 hours or on high heat for 3 hours. Add cornstarch to 1 tablespoon of water, mix, and add to the slow cooker with paprika and leave for an additional 30 minutes while you cook some rice to accompany your meal.  Serve with parsley for garnish, if desired.
