DEVILED EGG PASTA SALAD


Preparation time: 30 minutes
Difficulty: easy

* Ingredients (4 people):

° 2 cans of tuna in oil
° 250g of pasta (all shapes are possible except for spaghetti or vermicelli
° 2 boiled eggs
° 2 tomatoes
° 12 olives
° 15 cl olive oil
° 1 tablespoon vinegar
° 1 tablespoon lemon juice
° 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
° A few sprigs of basil
° Salt and Pepper

* Preparation:

Cook pasta in plenty of salted water, drain, spray with 5 cl of oil and fry on a plate until covered with oil.
Scatter the seeds, chop the tomatoes, peel the boiled eggs and cut them into quarters.
In a salad bowl, combine vinegar, lemon juice, remaining olive oil, salt, and pepper. Add the pasta, diced tomatoes, drained tuna, olives and mayonnaise. Stir and garnish with boiled eggs and sprinkle with basil. Feet it right away.
