KFC Coleslaw is 5 min side plate you can enjoying summer long wiith your favourite chicken & more! Tastes just like original!
*Ingredients
° 8 cups diced cabbage (I used a food processor shredding disc)
° 1 carrot (also used in a food processor)
° 2 tablespoons grated onion
° Quarter cup of sugar
° Half a teaspoon of salt
° 1/8 teaspoon white pepper
° ¼ cup full fat milk
° Half a cup of mayonnaise
° 1/4 cup buttermilk (I used buttermilk powder to make mine)
° 22 tablespoons white vinegar
° 3 tablespoons lemon juice
* directions :
In a large bowl add cabbage, carrots and onions.
In bowl, whisk rest of ingredients together to mixed and smooth.
Blend it well also put it in fridge for 4-8 h (the longer, the better).
