**Ingredients :

° 1 8-ounce package cream cheese (reduced)
° 1 cup powdered sugar
° 1 cup crush-pineapple (drain)
° 1 bowl 8-ounce shaker, such as Cool Whip
+ Crust
° 1/2 cup granulated sugar
° 1/2 cup melted butter
° 20 graham crackers, crushed
° 1/4 cup shredded coconut
° 1/4 cup diced pineapple (drained)

* Directions :

In a medium-sized mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese with an electric mixer until the mixture is slightly fluffy
Gradually add powdered sugar and mix until well combined

Combine the mixture into the whipped mixture and beat until fluffy

Using a spoon, fold the mashed pineapple, then set aside

In a small mixing bowl, mix crushed graham crackers, granulated sugar, and melted butter until well combined, then place mixture in a 9" x 9" baking dish.

Pour the filling over the crust and mix with a spoon until combined
Top with shredded coconut and chopped pineapple, and refrigerate for 2 hours or until firm.
