*Ingredients for 3-4 people:
°3 chicken cutlets
°half an onion
°two stalks of raw broccoli (with flowers!)
°salt pepper
°mixture of spices for people who like to spice up their dishes…I love it!
°1 egg
°breadcrumbs
* Methods :
Mix chicken, onion, broccoli. Place everything in a salad bowl and add salt pepper spices; add the egg and make sure to have a homogeneous mixture. form the meatballs in the palm of your hand then roll them in the breadcrumbs. Then place them in a dish without touching each other and bake them for 25 minutes at 200°C. For real gourmands or people who don't pay attention to their line, give your chicken meatballs a good oil bath, they will be more crispy and golden than with cooking in the oven without fat
