Chile Wendy's Style



* Ingredients:

° 2 pounds of ground beef

° 1 can of tomato sauce

° 1 can washed beans

° 1 can of pinto or black beans

1 cup onion cut into cubes

1/2 green pepper cut into cubes

° 1 can chopped tomatoes (reserve the juice)

° 2 teaspoons ground cumin

° 3 tablespoons of chili powder

° 1 teaspoon black pepper

1/4 teaspoon salt

° Tomato juice from the can and add water to reach two cups

* to prepare:

Step 1

Fry the minced meat over a medium heat, then remove the fat. Using a fork, separate the meat the size of a pea. In a large plate, put the cooked beef and all other ingredients. Simmer on low heat for 2 or 3 hours, stirring every 15 minutes.

 

The second step

The ends can be decorated with chopped onions and cheddar cheese. Around the hot pepper, add 1/3 tsp. black pepper. For a hotter chili, add 1 tsp. black pepper and 1 tsp. cayenne pepper. And for a stomach iron, add 5 or 6 slices of jalapeño peppers to a baking dish. The remains can be frozen for the most famous divers.
