*Ingredients
°1 pound ground beef
°1/2 pound ground pork
°1/2 c Italian breadcrumbs from Progresso Panco
°1/2 c Parmesan cheese
°1 egg
°2 cloves garlic
°Seasoning with salt and pepper

°1/2 cup brown sugar
°Half a cup of barbecue sauce
°2 tbsp. chile powder
°Chopped chive
* Directions :
While cooking, be sure not to dim the screen.
1- Mix all the ingredients for the meatballs and roll them into meatballs.
2- Heat a large frying pan with a little oil and add the meatballs one at a time, one at a time.
3. After about 4 minutes of cooking, flip the meatballs over and cook for another 4 minutes. It should be less brittle once the outside is cooked through. Start tossing it into the pan a little more to cook it evenly, making sure none of it gets stuck to the bottom. Most of the fat should drain, but a few tablespoons should remain in the pan.
4- Flush the pan with 2 tablespoons of water, scraping up any sticking pieces. Add brown sugar and a splash of water if the pan seems too dry.
5- When the sauce begins to boil, it should resemble dark caramel.
6- Remove the pot from the heat and stir with the barbecue sauce. Put everything together well.
7- Remove the pot from the heat and stir with the barbecue sauce. stir well.
