*Ingredients:
°2 1/2 lbs. minced meat
°3/4 bag of uncooked pasta
°1 med. an onion
°1 chopped bell pepper
°3 celery stalks chopped
°1 T. minced garlic
°2 cans tomatoes cut into cubes
°1 can tomato paste
°1 can sweet corn (not drained)
°3 cups beef broth I use 3 cubes of bullion in 3 c. Hot water
°3 t. Tomato paste
°garlic powder
°onion powder
°smoked red pepper
°spices
°Italian season
°salt
°Pepper

* Methods
Step 1. In a large saucepan, cook ground beef with 2 T. Worcestershire sauce. 1/2 ton. Liquid smoke (optional). 1 t. Onion powder, garlic powder, thyme, Italian season, and paprika until softened. Drain the juices and dispose of them. Transfering ground beef to bowl and set apart.
Step 2: In the same large saucepan add the oil, chopped onion, celery and garlic over medium heat/over high heat for 5 minutes. Add the broth, tomatoes, tomato paste and corn until soft. Add 1 t. Of each spice, salt and pepper to taste. Bring to a simmer and taste your broth to see if you need to add more season to your taste. Add the pasta and toss, stirring, until it reaches a medium. heat and cover. Cook for 8 to 10 minutes. Add the minced meat, stir and bring to a slow boil then turn off the heat, stir, cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Serve with cornbread, garlic bread or crackers.
