°Panko breadcrumbs - 40 g (half a cup)
°Milk - 60 ml (¼ cup)
°lean ground beef - 675 g (1 lb)
°scrambled eggs -2
°smoked paprika 7.5 ml (1 tsp)
°Black pepper - 5 ml (1 tsp)
°Butter 30 ml (2 tsp)
°Onion -2
°Apple cider vinegar - 30 ml (2 tablespoons)
°Meat broth - 500 ml (2 cups)
°Dark Roasted Flour -30 ml (2 tablespoons)
°Worcestershire sauce 15 ml (1 tablespoon)
°mustard 15 ml (1 tablespoon)
°Salt and pepper to taste

* Preparation :

In  bowl, blend breadcrumbs & milk. Letting it to soak for 2 min. Adding meat, eggs, sweet pepper & half of pepper. salt. Mix with your hands until the preparation is homogeneous, then form 8 patties.In  skillet on medium-high heat, brown half of pancakes all at time in butter for 6 to 8 minutes. Salt and pepper. Reserving on a plate.
In the same skillet, over medium heat, saute the onions for 5 minutes in the hot fat. Sweetened with vinegar. Reduce until almost dry. While whisking, add the broth, toasted flour, Worcestershire sauce, and remaining pepper. Bring the mixture to a boil and simmer over medium heat until the sauce thickens, stirring occasionally.
Removing from heat, & adding mustard. Returning meat to skillet also keep cook for 2 min or to meat is tender. Adjust spices.
Serve the hamburger slices with sauce and steamed potatoes or mashed potatoes, if desired.
