°675g (about 1 1/2 pounds) beef tenderloin, sliced
°2 cups mushrooms, 227 g, sliced
°4 carrots cut into small cubes
°250 ml (1 cup) beef broth
°180 ml (3/4 cup) 15% cooking cream
°It also offers:
°45 ml (3 tablespoons) flour
°15 ml (1 tablespoon) paprika
+my choice:
°1 chopped onion
°15 ml (1 tablespoon) minced garlic

* Steps:

In a bowl, mix the steaks with the flour.
In a frying pan, heat a little canola oil over medium heat. Roast a few slices of beef at a time for 2 to 3 minutes. Transfer the beef to the slow cooker as you go.
In the same skillet, cook mushrooms and, if desired, onions and garlic for 2 minutes. Transfer to slow cooker.
Add carrots, broth, and paprika to slow cooking. flip over.
Cover and cook for 4 hours to 4 hours and 30 minutes at low intensity.
Add cream and continue to cook for 15 minutes on the highest level.
