Steak Fajitas Recipe ๐Ÿ˜‹๐Ÿ˜‹





*Ingredients for 4 people:

• 500gm minced beef
• 50 gm cheddar cheese
• 4 soft  tortillas
• A small can of natural red kidney beans
• Small can of mashed tomatoes
• 1 onion
• 1 green pepper
• 2 tbsp. tablespoon hot pepper olive oil
• Tex-Mex Spices
• salt

*Preparation steps

Peel the onions and chop finely. Heat the oil in a frying pan. Add the onions and let it simmer for 5 minutes.
Add ground beef and stir for 3 minutes over high heat until it turns brown. Add the mashed tomatoes, chopped peppers, seeds and the drained red beans. Sprinkle with salt and spices. Leave to simmer covered for 10 minutes.
Place 4 wheat patties in the bottom of a gratin dish. Lay over the middle of each cooked beef. Close the fajitas and sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese.
Place the dish under the hot oven grill for a few minutes to brown the cheese. Serve hot.
